Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original shoe box or apparel packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
